I really want to like Betonline.

    1. No poker room....
    2. I had "negoitated" a better bonus thru live chat and asked for the note to be put on my account. Naturally when my e-wallet load came thru, I went to live chat and asked about it. Of course Rocco knew nothing about it and would not budge.
    3. The 10 percent back thru casino is disappointing. 55x rollover in games that I dont play. At bodog, my loses are credited in cash with no limit or any rollover. Why would I play there when I can get this on bodog.

The emails are like other companies...I accept that. I really do want to play there, have loaded up and been profitable to the site betonline. I cant see this becoming my 2nd book this week when so many better NCAA reload offers are being offered and offered in cash not freeplay.

The rating is accurate on SBR...it is a good site just not the best site for me at the moment. I would recommend it to others though

With all due respect to BetOnline and mighty maron,

    1. If you are serious about poker, you need to be playing on FullTilt or PokerStars. There is just not enough traffic for a book to be hosting poker - i.e. Bookmaker, which is barely viable for poker.

    2. This should be noted in your account somewhere. Get Alex the info you gave them for the 'better bonus' and I would be surprised if it wasn't resolved, or at least explained.

    3. If you have a better deal to play a casino somewhere else, you should use it. Online casinos are losing propositions anyway, but I succumb and play once in a while as well.

It's been a hell of a year at BetOnline in every possible dimension. And I like to think its almost all behind us now...

However, search any and all forums and you won't find one player who did not get paid.

We're here to listen, and try to respond, when our players feel they've been treated unfairly by the often difficult and gut-wrenching changes we've had to make to our incentive programs. Our new owners have supported always trying to do the right thing--if you were around a couple of years ago you'll know that's a significant change.

But look at our soccer now (full leagues, high limits, great prices!). and hockey (even AHL), and ALL college totals. and 10k limits on NBA. And dimelines out to 200 come MLB. And while we have more than most deposit options already (and waaaaay more than 18 months ago), you ain't seen nothing yet.

The big A books we admire, they're there. We're punching above our weight to be an A book, to be in Fishheads top FIVE, and that reach might throw us off balance occasionally. Makes for an interesting ride for sure. But we're damned determined and we all share the same goal.

In the meantime, we'll continue to pay. and play fair. and take care of our players.

Thanks as always for the input guys, the support and encouragement and occasional sharp pokes to remind us to continue to improve in ALL areas, not just stage, processing, promotions...

    Cheers

    Alex

PS You're ALL welcome to come down and meet me, JR, Dave and the rest of the team here in Panama.
If you want to allow fish to scalp, that's your business, but you may want to refrain from insulting the intelligence of the non-braindead posters of SBR.

Can't PM for whatever reason, but I'll try to get in touch with you through other channels tomorrow.

    1. I do play on tilt, stars, rpm, and other sites. I would like one site that does it all (poker, casino, and sportsbook) so I dont have to bounce around in this day of diffiuclt american ewallets.
