if a book can set up in Montreal, it would be wise to deal with one from there. they put in their front page "Licensed and regulated in North America", Neteller doesn't offer services to canadians because gambling is illigal there so how can SIA be based in canada?
Yes it is. I believe it is an Indian reserve which gets it around the regular laws.

Yes SIA is based in Canada ,but in a gambling offshore, so they may as well be licensed in Costa rica or Curacao island, player is always at risk.

The odds there are ok at best. I requested a check withdrawal from them last March and it showed up in a week. They are located on an Indian Reserve just outside of Montreal.
It is located on a reservation, so the laws are much more lax regarding gambling.
you guys are right but base on Morency if you're familiar with him in SIA, the big boss is from the Netherlands. I remember him mentioning about staying awake at night to send the video he made for SIA approval from Netheralnd. All in all, this book intentionally wrong graded some of my bets ,3 to be exact. Guys, I highly recommend that you watch this 30 minute CTV W5 Documentary that was filmed in Antigua and Kahnawake- the first half is focused on Calvin's life in Antigua and the second half is focused on Kahnawake and why iGaming companies are licensed & operated there. It's 30 minutes well spent and it should clear some things up for you.
Also, the Mohawks that live in Kahnawake are amazing people...I have met the guys from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission many times. Chuck who is interviewed in this video is a very close friend of mine.
