And my troubles with the so called great Heritage sportsbook continues

So as I mentioned in a previous thread after just upping my balance just under $7000 I was limited and pretty much shown the door. But sadly this debacle with Heritage continues as I requested last Monday a wire for the entire amount since being limited to $250 would be of no use to me. Anyways its now a week and a half later and no money in my account...why you ask because some cs rep had mistaken TD Bank for CitiBank so obviously it was rejected. Now you would think a so called "great book" would do the right thing and at the very least credit me for the fees as 5Dimes and Matchbook have done for me but no "jimmy" says they will not be crediting me anything because I wasn't clear when in fact on the recording you could hear me say TD Bank clearly like maybe 5 times. So this debacle with so called great book heritage continues.

Heritage is very selective "4 losers only" book. I do hope you'll get your money. These guys have a reputation of being honest. They just don't like any winners.

I should mention the fees were a hefty $120 and it hasn't even been sent out yet because of incompetency and yet they don't want to to credit me the fee..go figure.

If you were clear about the bank, there is no reason why they shouldn't credit you back the fees. I'm sure if you file a complaint, you'll get it back.
