The situation is this - at the end of January I ordered a payment of $ 5.4K to my bank account. After several days of communication with the customer support I got from them to confirm that my payment was processed and the money was sent on January 31. Several times specify with tech support - "you acknowledge that you sent the money?" Always received a positive answer - "Yes it is. After 5-10 business days you will get them into your account." (There is a confirmation of these words - the dialogue in chat and email from tech support to email).
And now attention - about 7-8 February, I began to doubt that I will not cheat - because the money has still not been received. I went to the chat site to provide me a receipt from the bank, which confirms that the money was sent to my account. Officer of Support Services said that to provide such a receipt, they can not. February 9 from tech support comes to me email to confirm details of my bank account so they can send money! All data were given by me is true, as I told them and wrote.
When I asked why they gave me 10 days said that the money was sent, but in fact it did not support service to answer anything I could not. It turns out that 10 days of different tech support staff lied to me when I asked about that - whether they confirm that the transfer is successfully derived.
Once I confirmed that my details to pay the bank the right told me that now is certainly the money sent. I again asked for confirmation - a receipt with the details - date, amount, bank name and sender's address of the recipient. I was told that to obtain such information they need 24 hours. I decided to wait a while, but of course after I turned on the next day with the same issue, it received nothing in return.
After that, I'm tired of listening to constant deceptions and promises, and I decided to ask for help here.
