Slow with lines even though they claim early lines, customer service is mediocre, you can tell English is a 2nd perhaps 3rd language at times.

The only problem I have with DSI is I get the line changed on me quite often when I go to place a wager, and it is never in my favor. It happens at 5dimes often as well, but 5dimes it is about 60/40 against me. DSI has never changed a line in my favor. It gets a little old. This almost always happens when they have a good line up and I go to take it, I then get the shitty line. I shop a few sites get the good line (not very often) at DSI, then ts gone. It's like a bait and switch.

Other than that one thing, I like DSI.

Here's the thing, go back to my first post with the conversation I had with CS.

I booked Knicks team total UNDER 105.5 when it first opened.
amare was doubtful.
I hit that UNDER 3* when it first opened.

Then later yesterday amare was downgraded to OUT.
Knicks team total dropped to 102.5 - 103.

Started shopping around for the ultimate middle.
Found a 102.5 mostly 103's after the downgrade.
By the time I was done talking to DSI, my 102.5 went to 103.



So I middled my original UNDER 105.5 with this at 5Dimes.

I wanted to book the bet at DSI because I have like 1400 there.
But they are chicken chit.

Yes, they always paid me uber quick.
Look at the conversation again in post 1, they were more than nice with me.
But yeesh, could DSI let the little to middle guy make a wager, 300 bucks is nothing to them.

p.s. NYK won 105-95, I hit both sides of the middle never the less.

In the actual shops in the high street, the Uk bookmakers have no equal, but as posters have pointed out, their online divisions are piss poor, and bet£3.65 don't even have any shops.
The shops are brilliant for bonus wagers, because the competion is very fierce in the city centre.
A popular bonus they offer is treble odds on a L15 bet if only 1 winner is achieved

A L15 involves 15 bets and involves 4 picks, the 15 bets are singles(4) doubles(6) trebles(4) allup(1) which means a 5/1 winner covers your stake.
