    G O L D P A Y withdrawals?

A player wrote us, stating that he had a balance at this processor. The option to withdraw has been disabled.

Is anyone having luck getting their funds out?

The withdrawal option has been temprarily disabled since Friday morn when they announced they would no longer process transactions with sportsbooks. Can you shed some light as to whether they have been strong armed by the U.S. gov...and if they are still in business for non US customers or to conduct purchases to other merchants...Also, when do they play on taking withdrawal requests again....Thanks for the help

I do not think that there were many ******* users outside of US for simple reason that we have neteller and moneybookers as options still. anyway good luck on getting your funds!

I guess I can breath a big sigh of relief here. I signed up for *******, and was considering depositing at Parlaymakers, but just couldn't go along with the fees they wanted to charge. On top of the 2% for each wager at Parlaymakers.

Two weeks and counting since The Greek refunded a balance to GP. No response, no money, no luck.

First response in a week, and obviously a non-response:
    "Hello,

Due to pending legal matters, gaming related processing has been suspended. We do not have a timeline for when that will return.

    Regards,

    Customer Support"

    Dear customers,

Recently, as a result of pending legal matters, GP was forced to
suspend all gaming related transactions. We do not have a timleine for
when those issues will be resolved or what the outcome will be. We do
apologize for this disruption in our operations and we know this is
both unexpected and unfortunate for everyone involved. You may
continue to access your account but no account activity will be
possible until the legal issues have been resolved. Please contact us
via secure mail if you have any questions.

just got this email from gp.

    **

    1. Visit www.westernunion.com to find an agent location near you.
    2. Go to the agent location with a picture ID and the funds to make the transfer. WesternUnion will charge you a small fee to make the transaction and this varies depending on amount and where you are sending from. Send a person to person transfer to:

Not trying to pour salt on a wound... but how could you leave that much money in GP? When they asked me to send a ** to Maria Conchita Alonzo Ramon Gonzalez in Costa Rica, that scared the crap out of me. I don't think I've ever left a balance in there longer than 10 minutes.

    Got a little more info when I asked about when non-gaming transactions could be made again;

    "Hello,

Accounts that have made gaming related transactions have been suspended until pending legal matters are resolved. We do not have a timeline for when that will be resolved.

    Regards,

    Customer Support"

To those with lots of money in there, take comfort from the fact that 5 years later and after a determined fight from the owner on depositors behalf, money held up in e-gold for pretty much the same reason is apparently about to be released.

Although the whole thing could just be a lie/excuse to shut up shop and walk away with a million or whatever they are holding.. so would be good to hear something official from authorities rather than this vague shit from GP.

If they are not in the US why would they have a problem? Or did they make the retarded mistake the Neteller dudes made?!

There's something weird with the auto-censorship here when the moderators are deliberately circumventing it. Maybe it's time to get rid of the censorship and let everyone act like adults?

Anybody else got money not in GP, but in PM itself? I sent them a message asking for directions on taking a withdrawal, and have heard nothing.
