Since the price was listed as -120 steady online (an issue in itself), I didn't have any interest in calling back to actually make the bet. At 5:15 I logged into my account to see my entire balance placed on the Angels -130. I called the manager to inform him of this mistake and he told me once I asked for the line, it was placed. He said the confirmation was just a formality and that it didn't mean anything. I told him that's not how it works at every other book in the entire world and he said, "Well now you know that's how it is here." SOS played a terrible angle on me, quoting a false line and then forced me into a bet I didn't ask for or confirm.
