    legends- top notch; betonline not so much

    requested a book to book transfer last friday from BetOnline to legends. after 5 hours or so i ask betonline what the delay is. they tell me 3rd party processor delay, may not get done untill the next day. i start a thread on this cause there are no 3rd party processors as far as anybody knows for b2b trasnfers. and betonlines website claims b2b trasnfers are processed when received.

    after 10 hours or so i email alex and he tells me "We send the request as soon as we receive it; we don't control when the other book responds to it... That's the "3rd party" issue.

    transfer was processed shortly thereafter (about 10+ hours total, not the end of the world but not in the timeframe betonline claims)

    end of story? nope! i get an emai this week from legends (and a PM too) with the following note:

    "The purpose of this emai,l is to let you know, that the transfer you made to us from BetOnLine on January 14th was not delayed on our end. We received the transfer request from BetOnLine at 9:40 PM and credited your account at 10:08 PM. We replied back to BetOnLine at 10:18 PM letting them know the transfer was completed.

    However, as far as we understand you made the request way earlier than 9:40PM and the delay caused you an inconvenience, therefore, we have credited your account with a $100 bonus with a 3x roll over to improve your betting experience with us."


    i never contacted them on the issue, they just felt the need to throw me 100 bucks (even though i highly doubt they were at fault for any delay at all). what a gesture! they have certainly won me over.

    (on another note, requested free check withdrawl from legends (for january), recieved it 2 days later. tomorrow is 14 days waiting on a free betonline check withdrawl)

    If you didn't contact them on the issue, how did they know you made a request much earlier?

    by reading this forum, thats the only way i can think of. (they pmed me here and sent an email to my email address with the message). its really above and beyond. i expected/asked for/deserved absolutely nothing from them. 100 bucks does not make or break anybody. frankly, considering i didnt even contact them at all, the fact that they emailed me/ apologized for any inconvenience is the most impressive part! the cash is nice but tracking me down makes me feel appreciated.

    the main point of this thread is my praise of legends. i tried altering the title to take away saying "betonline not" but couldnt figure out how. while i have my issues with them already posted, im not looking to kill them for this. i will be requesting another transfer from them either friday or saturday and we will see how that one gos.

    wow with that kind of CS I might just start using them. the only reason why i didnt use then before was because they had -110 juice with no loyalty programs. I guess they make that all up with CS.

    Yes I also highly recommend them at the moment. Very smooth transactions with helpful and polite CS (live chat)! I can also vouch for the no hassle payouts at your door in 2 days!

    They do have a loyalty program. I get 2 free checks a month, some % back if on losses of the previous month (net losses only) and a free play, plus, I receive their checks in two days. No reason to go else where if you ask me.

    Contact them, they are now offering a Loyalty Program, and also they offer a -105 Reduce Juice Promo on Fridays from 12pm to 4pm eastern time this is really great and an they have an awesome CS

    Also on Fridays Legends offer a -105 line from 12pm to 4pm, I think the code is Reduce Juice and I agree GREAT CS!!

    Great book, great bonuses, wish the site was alot quicker and more up to date but hey.......its hard to whinge when they are doing most other things well.

    received the check today (on 10th business day)

    requested a book 2 book transfer from them about 3.5 hours ago. so far nothing done.

    Legends does have excellent customer service.

    A couple months ago I did a sportsbook transfer there late in the day, apparently after the time that the person who handles that works. I really wanted to make a play that night, so I contacted them and the person on the phone called the guy on his cell phone and got it done for me.
