We all know the answer to this
    So
I am calling a JJ foul here
Walker don't count this drivel towards the quota
    J/K Justin

Like most of us I went to the mailbox one day and who's picture do I see plastered all over a direct mailer
and may he RIP but if pressed he was always the first to admit
"They pulled a dump truck full of money up to the house, what am I made of stone"

Since that mailer went out I have never seen a Single good word

When you know of a bunch of 5-figure stiffings, but no one getting paid... D- might be too generous here.

This post is too funny. Shouldn't you just put up a sticky that says "don't send these guys money?" and then one for Cascade etc

Good post. You guys are the watch dog, SportsBookReview.com. You tell us. I have personally never played there, so no payouts for me. You guys should definitely reevaluate your rating system. It is not updated for 2011.

Just one example, a couple of months ago i contacted Iasbet.com to open an acct. You guys have the restricted countries as none. They told me they do not accept US citizens. I can name a few other problems, but for the most part you guys do an excellent job. Just a few problems on the sportsbookreview part of the company could use updating.

Stay clear of oddsmaker they simply do not pay. See my issue below should be F------

    Oddsmaker

Thanks for calling me illegal, I have no idea why you came up with that name.

Let me see if I can translate your email into something all of you at Oddsmaker are all not very familiar with, it is called the truth... This is what really happened.

    • I wagered this year and was able to bring a very small amount of money up to approximately $2,400.00 by betting on NFL football. After the superbowl I requested a payout of the full amount. Two days later I checked back and saw that the payout had been canceled, I was never notified of this.
    • I called your customer service line and inquired why, a very nice woman explained to me that I didn't qualify for a payout because according to oddsmaker I had requested an NFL 100 Bonus back in November. That I had to roll my deposit of $200 over and a bonus of $200 over a total of 20 times for a staggering $8,000.
    • I did not remember this promo and asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold came back and told me that I would not be allowed to speak with a supervisor. That these were the rules of the promo and I had to bet about $3,000 more. I explained that I would like to see the terms and conditions of the so called promo After having no luck, getting a supervisor I ended the call.
    • Later that night I chatted with a person Louis (pasted below) and he told me the same thing. He told me that if I bet about $3,000 more that I would be pay out.
    • Later I emailed you saying that if you a supervisor would not talk to me to discuss this supposed Bonus I would contact my CC company.
    • I then received an email saying my account had been temporarily suspended and I had to contact Tony Massina Chief of security at 1-866-414-0667. Also in the email there were threats of being blacklisted and charged with fraud.
    • I left messages for Tony and never received a call.
    • The next day I received an email saying my account had permanently suspended and all my winnings were forfeited.
    • I called Tony and got through this time and tried to inquire about why my account was shut off? Tony threatened me with bogus charges of fraud and proceeded to call me a "scumbag" and hung up. (Now that's what I call customer service

    That call was this morning.

I have a few questions and let's see if you can actually address the questions instead of deflecting...

    1. Why can you not provide me with the details of this so called bonus transaction and/or cannot provide me with the terms and conditions of the promo.
    2. Why exactly was my account turned off? All is asked for was the chance to speak to a supervisor?
    3. You claim you will refund my initial deposit? What deposit? What date was this deposit and for how much?
    4. Why would you not refund all of my winnings? What rule did I break that gives you the right to steal my money?
    5. Why was I threatened and called a scumbag by Tony?

Here is the chat pasted between me and Louis...

Please wait for a site operator to respond. Chat InformationYou are now chatting with 'Louis'
mgpatsfan: I want a complete list of all of my transactions for the past year. You refuse to honor a payout request!!
    mgpatsfan: hello
Louis: Welcome to Customer Service. How may I help you today? Louis: Sorry there was a delay in our systems.
Louis: Just give me a few minutes to check on your concern.
    Louis: Thanks for waiting.
mgpatsfan: i WANT A FULL PRINTOUT OF MY ENTIRE WAGERS AND DEPOSITS FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS. YOUR WEBSITE WILL NOT PROVIDE IT!
Louis: Ok I already have your account in here. As per the last comment, you were asking for a list of your deposits last year.
Louis: We do apologize but we only have one way to check your transactions online. It is by checking your cashier account.
Louis: To check on your Account History, Log in to your Cashier Account and go to Account Statement Tab. Just select the month and the date from when you want your deposits reviewed.
    Louis:
mgpatsfan: Tell me exactly why I do not qualify for my payout request
Louis: Let me check your account further. One moment please.
mgpatsfan: By the way your cashier only allows me to go back 90 days! I need a whole year
    Louis: Thanks for waiting.
Louis: For your deposit transactions we can only view the last 3 months as well.
Louis: System will not show any transactions more than 3 months in our site.
mgpatsfan: Who at your company can?
Louis: As for your withdrawal concern, here is what happened.
mgpatsfan: Tell me exactly why I do not qualify for my payout request
Louis: Last November 1, 2010, you were given an offer for our NFL100 promotion.
Louis: You made a deposit and claimed the promotion last November 7, 2010.
Louis: As for the rules of the promotion, you will need to roll it over 20x first in order for you to be eligible to cash out.
mgpatsfan: I would like to know where I can see the terms and conditions of the promo
Louis: As of now, you already made $5,178.50 worth of wagers. You just need to meet $8000 worth of bets so you should just need to make additional wagers to meet the roll over requirement of the promotion.
mgpatsfan: where do i see the rules of the prom0????
Louis: One moment as I check for it.
    Louis: "NFL100 - 100% Real Match Bonus"
Louis: Players entitled to claim the promotion code "NFL100" will receive a match bonus equal to 100% of their deposit, up to $1000.00. All bonus money given will be located in your Real Money account. To qualify for this bonus, you must deposit at least $100. The deposit & bonus must be rolled over (20) fifteen times in our Casino or Sportsbook. Withdrawals can be requested once the roll over requirements have been met.
mgpatsfan: Where on your website is this located?
Louis: We do apologize but the link has already been taken off the board as the promotion is already expired. However, if you want I can give you a link of the terms and conditions of a new promo code (same type of promotion).
Louis: It has the same rules.
mgpatsfan: I would like to see the terms and conditions of the NFL 100 that I signed up for, I do not remember agreeing to any of this!
Louis: Please check your email dated November 1st, 2010. We have records in here that a voicemail and an email was sent to you for the offer.
Louis: The email will show you the rules of NFL100.
mgpatsfan: so you are saying that once I gamble to $8,000 you will pay me out?
Louis: Yes you are correct. All online casino websites has roll over requirements for real money bonuses. In your case you already wagered $5178.50. You just need to make $2821.50 for you to be able to meet the rules of the promotion.

Not to mention they're owned by a complete scam operation that's been stealing millions from players for several years.

    mgpatsfan,
Louis over at Oddsmaker showed a tremendous amount of restraint as you acted like an absolute SOB throughout the chat session.

With that being said, getting payouts processed at Oddsmaker is about as pleasant as getting rootcanal work.

If you want to have any chance of getting paid, I would recommend cooling it with the attitude.

They are owned by IGS (or is it Gametech now?) right? They used to be called Futurebet, but changed the name after bad publicity because of numerous thefts.

They used to have numerous small sites running, with Futurebet providing the software and handling the cashier. Whenever it suits them or they need cash they just stiff the players and site owners.

I was personally involved in a poker operation scam, where they simply just stopped paying the money they got from the network to the skin site and many players lost their funds. We counted the total about 500k-1 million at that time. This was just one case. There are countless others.

    http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...espoker-92033/

They don't pay anyone unless it suits their immediate interests and don't care about building a long term honest, profitable business.

One warning though. They never say they don't pay. They always play the excuse/delay/silence game and might even pay a player or two to "keep hope alive". The idea is to just wear people down and make them give up.

    Andy

I appreciate you're response and you are right about my attitude. WHat you don't know is that they closed my account and took all of my winnings prior to this chat. I was trying to get them to say they would pay me out if I won bet $8,000. WHich they did but they lied. Also when I called they said I could not speak to a supervisor.

I guess I am naive to this process, but I am not sure how to act when a sports book closes your account and takes all of your money? I was completely frustrated.... If I get paid out I will completely retract any statements about Oddsmaker however I am not holding my breath.

    Thanks

    Oddsmaker is a scam

The answer is NO. I tried a couple years ago and they conveniently had "server issues" they want you to undo your withdraw request and blow your winnings....Its my own fault but I forgot this fact and signed up again last week. When I asked about rewards (they offer $25 cash for over $50,000 in casino play which is a joke) they locked my account with active bets and a positive balance. I was told I had to talk to Tony Messina. I tried and when I said I wanted to record our call he would not talk and hung up. I can find more integrity from a street bookie. So here I am, locked out of my own account with NFL future bets and $$$ in there. THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD! I am taking every legal action I can against them.

I said this before, and I'll say it again...I joined Oddsmaker several years ago when they first entered the market and I was fortunate enough to win about $7,000 in MLB....I cashed out and they sent me two checks which took approximately 15 business days (about three weeks) to arrive..both checks cleared and I've never had an issue with them....I still have an open account with them in good standing but I haven't played there in years since the payout because of all of the complaints...all I can say is that I guess I am one of the fortunate few who didn't get screwed...but with A+ books like Bookmaker, Diamond, and Heritage that pay almost instantly if you are fortunate enough to win, there really isn't any reason to play anywhere else!...
