    Sportsbook.com scam

    Now sportsbook.com wants two forms of id sent to them. I have sent them copies a dozen times and they claim they cant "read" the Drivers lic. This is bull because I emailed my account the same scan i sent them and it comes out clear. Even when I printed a copy it was legible. The wont talk to me anymore on the "live chat", I guess I pissed them off! Here is what my chat went like.....enjoy! This guy August is a whinner!

    ya they just told me that the wire ive been waiting on for 10 business days that theyve told me every single day is fine and not to worry about has come back and they are now going to resend it and i have to start the waiting process over again... suprise

    We'll Maverick...now you're guarenteed to never see your money. First thing I learned when dealing with Jazette is to do what they tell you to do. Ran into the same situation and just rescanned the documents and sent them...so the check 3 days later. I'm not saying this is going to go smoothly for you but basically they are not going to send you anything without at least attempting to resend.

    as much as it sucks hes right they are prolly just laughing at us on the other end anyhow they make between 3-6 dollars an hour im supposed to get this new wire in 3-5 business days when it comes i will dance naked in the streets

    Well, I hate to hijack threads, but this seems like a good place to ask for help. I too am in a similar boat. Now I know why sportsbook.com deserves it's D- rating. I have been trying to get a hold of my funds ($5k total) for 5 weeks now. Now that I've sent in the documents, I've been told by "Rick Henderson" on live chat that it'll take another 3-5 weeks. Even though I've asked repeatedly this week, I have not been told to whom I need to send my bank information because I too am eligible for a wire.

    This is terrible. What can we do?

    Also, "sbruinedmylife" how did you get a wire promised in 3-5 days? You guys should read some of the other sportsbook.com related posts. People have waited for 6-8 weeks. You guys are complaining about 2 or 3.
