    betonline book to book trasnfer delay

    saying 3rd party processor is causing delays on my book to book transfer. do books actually use a 3rd party for book to book transfers? it says on their website they are processed right away, but they tell me a 3rd party processor could take up to 24 hours. i feel like they are giving me BS, no?

    no there is no processor.

    24 hours is not a delay

    if it says on the website its processed instatntly, then they tell me it wont be processed for 24 hours becasue of a "3rd party processor" that is a 24 hour delay.

    more importantly, if there is no 3rd party processor, then they lie to their customers.

    it's probably not a lie, just a customer service rep that doesn't understand the transaction.

    incompetent customer service is not an excuse for a sportsbook.

    either way, it does not explain why there website says that book to book trasnfers are processed "as soon as they are received" and mine has been recieved 5 hours ago and is not yet processed and they tell me to check back tomorrow. im not asking them to do anything more then they advertise in the cashier section of their website.

    Your request will be processed as soon as it is received but confirmation from other books can take as little as the same day or up to five days, depending on the receiving book.

    they continue to say that they are waiting for a processor.

    not that they are reviewing my account or waiting for the receiving book to confirm (acceptable and reasonable). rather, there is a 3rd party that we are waiting on.

    (i trasnfered from thegreek and betjamaica today to matchbook. both took about an hour)

    bol tells me up to 4 days for b2b when i request, they are always completed same day though

    It also possible books need to settle with each other or post up. There are a few moving parts with book2books that you don't see on the surface.

    thats fine, but i specifically asked customer service if they were waiting on legends and they insisted it was some 3rd party(not legends). finally i emailed alex and he told to me they were just waiting for legends to confirm the funds the whole time. if they had told me this from the outset, i would have been happy to call legends and speed it up on their end. in this instance i did not even need the funds in my legends account quick. i just felt their customer service was giving me very bad info!
