    Hollywood - Lots of Offers, No Reponses

    Hollywood Sportsbook have been emailing me offers on an almost daily basis.
    Some are codes, some are offers that have to be added by the manually.
    But they don't seem to be replying to any emails when asked questions or
    if asked to add bonuses manually.

    Anyone else having problems with them?

    I'm about to mark their emails as spam. I'm down about 2000 to them and the best u can offer me is a 20% bonus? Piss off.

    Did you try speaking to them through live chat? You should be able to get a response much faster that way.

    Their codes usually work fine, but don't expect a helpful answer from their live chat.

    Agree with this, but all books live chat operatives have varying degrees of knowledge etc.
    My own experience is that they respond to emails OK

    I have had no problem communicating with Hollywood at all. Phone, live chat, email.

    fyi, Brobury is closing their brand and all players will likely end up at Sportsbook.com this week. Make your withdrawal ahead of their account migration if you can.

    Hollywood is low rated because when Sportsbook.com was controlling it they stiffed players. The new mgt will surely treat players better but the debts remain Hollywood's.

I dont play at your book because i dont trust the low rating.. sorry.. but I will consider u if u get up to C+ to B level some day, so no harm no foul.. just earn respect

    Hi Secretstash.. As Bill points out about our D+ ratings stems from an incident 5 years ago when we were under sportsbook.com Brit control… If you don’t know the HW story, real quick, we have been in business for over 12 years and had an impeccable rating here. Ask Bill yourself. In 2005 we sold to Sportingbet.com and a few years later we bought it back but we still utilize sportsbook.com’s software but we are independently managed. Since we have run the business again ourselves, we have been 99.99% complaint free.

    We are also one of the most creative site in the business if you watch what we do for our players on a regular basis. We are not perfect but do yourself a favor and do a search about us here and on the RX and EOG and see what our players say about us who actually play with us. Everything we do is based on giving our players a fun time win or lose.

    Considering Hollywood's previous posts implied that sportsbook.com was justified in their thefts, I don't have a lot of faith that they won't pull similar stunts.

    having an account with us. As for our our relation to sportingbetting.com and bettingexpress.com,

    deposited at hollywood a couple of weeks ago after being assured about being separate from bettingexpress.com and sportsbetting.com. seems they have some loyalty program there where you get 1% up to $500 amd .05% over $500 risked on straight sports bets and 2 team parlays. nice little bonus for wagering a couple weeks. no extra roll. every month by volume. i think i'm going to like this place. they are offering 25% cash bonus for this week with a 20xx roll(on bonus only-comes out to a regular 4xx roll). will probably deposit again. good offer. good loyalty program. i know about past problems with jazz group. wish they would choose to make it right with everyone who got ripped off(corralated parlays-accussed of having too many accounts). i can see playing there for many years to come. thanks sean for getting me set up and ready to go.

    thanks dark, anything comes up i will remember to ask for sean. just deposited for the 25% super bowl bonus. 20xx roll on bonus. also found out the loyalty bonus i got also comes with a 20xx roll. i thought there was no roll on loyalty bonus. still fine, roll will be easy to do and did not even know about the monthly loyalty bonus.
