    I doubt I ever see this so called *********** from them...Ive never gotten anything from a sportsbook I can cash before thats why I only use ** and ** withdrawls. I still do not have access to my account to see if and when it gets sent. I do thank sbr for helping me out Im not an asshole at all you would be mad too if they closed your account and treated you like shit. I was an awesome customer to them and they tried to steal my money. Without sbr's involvement I doubt they would have even said they were going to try to do anything. So thank you guys!..I am officially done with making these kind of assholes rich in costa rica...good luck to all who thinks 5 dimes is a great sportsbooks ...A+ my ass

    I consider myself to be a very part time recreational player. On the surface 5dimes really appeals to me. But when you see all of these occasional nightmare situations with chat logs from Tony included, as a potential customer (I have made several small deposits with 5dimes in the past) this stuff really scares the crap out of me. I know that 5dimes is rated as an A+ book and that they also have the reputation for paying people no matter what. My question is, as a customer of 5dimes what do you need to do to avoid a negative situation like this when a conflict occurs? Is acting civil and professional with CS enough? Or is it a situation where 5Dimes is in control and they are always right and the customer is always wrong? Is there any room for compromise? I'm not coming down on 5dimes or any establishment but I am trying to get an idea of the lay of the land. Thanks for your input in advance.

    You'll get your check a-hole, but I'm sure it won't be as fast as you like. You have only yourself to blame for your account closure and you even told Tony to keep it closed. You even whine about SBR not acting fast enough and your case is already resolved in record time. Your impatient, cry baby act is wearing thin...

    Tony is blunt but fair. The player cursed out a member of staff, without hearing the tape we don't know what prompted the tirade but it resulted ultimately in his account being closed. 5Dimes is paying him his balance and sending him on his way. Like in any other well run business, a manager looks out for his employees.

    Most of these live chat war disputes don't require SBR's involvement to be 'resolved', it's often just a matter of feelings being hurt or disagreement on 5Dimes' delivery. Whether you're in the right or wrong, being civil and polite, and refraining from dropping F bombs goes a long way.

    You're on track to get everything you want. I have a strategic suggestion: leave this thread alone for exactly 7 days. If after that, you don't have a cashable ***********, go at it.

    Even A+ books are run by humans. If you're going to get everything you want, don't give them a reason to change that.

    that sportsbook isnt even close to an A+ thats a joke...Scotty at Betjamaica is an A+ guy and sportsbook. At least he talks on the phone and not only via live chat

    Most players will never even speak/chat with Tony, you'll be fine. 5dimes is a top rec book.

    ive spoke with tony myself on the phone and he was very polite and rectified a matter for me but will say this , alot of times when you ask to speak to him directly heis hard to get and i think 5 dimes cs has dropped some since i first put money in there yrs ago . And sbr is a great site oe forum who will stick up for you if you are correct and go about your bussiness in the right manner and jbrison should do as justin said imo .....but playing 7k in internet roulette just boggles my mind

    I think If I went to a casino in Vegas and called a female staff member a Fckn Btch I would get kicked out by security even if I lost money with them in the past. And wouldnt be let back in. Just because I am a customer does not give me the right to disrespect the employees with bad words. Some people just have way too much pride and they make themselves look like stupid little crying babies because they cant get things their way, right away. That place aint burger king. I think all people have to do is realize that customer service reps are humans and they can make mistakes and also sometimes issues cant get resolved in one second. Sometimes it can take a few minutes or hours to check on things to fix them. So a person does not lose anything by being a little patient and treating the cs rep with respect. That actually makes a person want to help you more. People treat people the same way they are treated. So i guess all a person has to do to not get kicked out of certain companies is just be respectful. Treat people how you want to be treated. He will get paid, thats for sure but good luck finding another place with all the options 5D has for players. And faster payouts than most other places.

    a casino in vegas pays right away and doesnt try to steal your money...you take the ticket to the desk and you get paid. you have no idea what the situation was booktaker. So why make judgement calls like that. Tony called me every name in the book so that makes it ok right?...so if I walked up to you on the street Booktaker and stole all the money in your wallet that would be ok?..you wouldnt get mad or impatient to get it back?..your an idiot...next time get the facts or dont comment

    after being told they would not check to see why I did not get my casino rebate of $134 and they told me they do not make mistakes things esculated...they closed my account and said I would not be allowed to reopen it so I said thats ******* bullshit cuz i have money in it....then of course tony changed some rules around so I would no be getting it
