I don't see how this makes any sense at all, why would they care what odds you bet on?

If they do they can limit you.

A book would likely raise your betting limits and offer you special bonuses if you play nothing but heavy favorites.

    Your bookie will love you

-200 or more are 90% of time sucker bets(squares bet), so you will have no problems, they will even raise your limits.

OP's question isn't as trivial as many here are making it out to be.

Many books do look at big favorite bets suspiciously. Some won't count them towards bonus rollovers. If they happen to be "all-in" bets, they might be considered pyramiding which some books look upon as proof that you are a professional and therefore they might confiscate any bonus and winnings from that bonus. Depending how crappy the book is, they might take more drastic action.

I agree that it is weird for books to behave that way. You really would think they would want as many big chalk bets as they can get.

But obviously they have found that they lose on bonus strategies involving big chalk favorites.
