    Advice Needed

I really need some feedback on an issue from members of this group. *I made a $1,500 deposit with ViP.com over a month ago. *I played very aggressively but all straight wagers. *8 days later my balance was $79,000 & I was locked out of my account. *When I called I was told my deposit bounced & all my wagers were deleted. *At first I thought my bank must have made a mistake or blocked the deposit recognizing the item as a sportsbook. * *However, my bank assures me the $1,500 deposit was never attempted. *I have been in contact with every department at my bank that might have information on this. *I have been assured that the deposited was not presented for payment at my bank. * Does anyone have any idea what is happening here? *Am I simply being stiffed? *ViP will provide no documentation to me whatsoever. *I talked to an industry veteran yesterday who thinks that someone at ViP dropped the ball on my deposit & by the time their error was noticed I was so far up they used this bogus excuse & hope I will give up. What does anyone else think? I need help.

I keep telling myself this delay was to keep me from losing & giving it all back. *ViP has a good reputation but be careful using them until we figure out what happened here. * They either used the wrong account or routing number or did not run the deposit at all. *My phone conversation should be recorded giving the account information. The certainty my bank gives that no $1,500 item was presented to my account is 100%.*

So they did not charge your bank account?

But they still gave you $1500 in your sports account...

8 days later you have run it to $79,000....

    Wow.

I didn't realize a book would actually give you credit for that amount of time... like literally they didn't bother looking into the fact that on the next few business days you had kept running it up and they didn't get their money.

At the very worst case here the book did some sort of 'reverse back-flip free roll'. They basically wait to see you lose and then charge your account or if you win they just don't bother charging it and say there was a problem, deposit was voided, etc, etc.

Why do people bother to play at any book other than the top 5 or 6 is beyond me...

This is an email exerpt from the *************** coordinator at my bank. I requested this "trace number" & ViP will not provide one.

"If the company sent the item they should have a 15 digit trace number. ALL *************** items are required to have a trace number when the item is created and sent. The sending company should be able to produce a trace number. *With this number we can track the item even if it didnt not come to our bank. If you can get me that number I'll be glad to look it up in the Fed Reserves system."

Keep in mind ViP has a B+ rating with SBR. Yes, they go ahead & credit your account & the deposit usually clears a few days later. Your thoughts on them waiting to see how I do are exactly the same as mine.

If no transaction was attempted by VIP I'd say it's on them as long as you can prove the funds were in your account. The trouble is getting VIP to admit the error on their part, and being up the amount you claim, they'll probably take every avenue they can to not pay you. Report this to the gaming commission and file a complaint with them as well as here at SBR.

They do not deny that my balance was $79,000 when they froze my account. What Gaming Commission are you referring to ?
