    What book has best combo of fast payouts and big time respect?

    I like to be paid next day, 2 days is max that I think is acceptable and I want book to have a lot of respect with very high rating, also book must have been in business for 10 years or more. Are there any books that fit my criteria? Thanks for responses.

    If you are american 2days max payout looks almost impossible, because ewallet option is not Available.
    If your not take pinnacle less then a minute payout.

    I can deposit today and withdraw tomorrow via **/**, with the greek and bet jamaica. Usually have my money about 6pm est the same day as requesting withdrawal. I'm in New York.

    Bookmaker will take like 3-5 days via wire. I've gotten it in 2 before, but usually 3-5

    I got payed on betrevolution the next day via **, the only problem is that the limit is just 1 withdrawal per week, and they dont process withdrawals during the weekend :S so make sure you do it during monday bc if you do it on a friday, it will come up till next monday! >.<

    Which book has the fastest payout via ** or ** for Americans? Are there any books where you could say deposit via ** or ** on a Monday in the morning, win an afternoon bet and then get a payout via ** or ** the same night or the very next day? How do fees come into play also, will you get charged an arm and leg to get your payout that quickly via ** or **? How about minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts too via ** or **? Thanks for your help.
