I decide give them a try because of their high rating.

Here is my story;

I talked on LIVE chat with james and was told that neteller-withrawals was possible for me-.

All my deposits was neteller.

I found a winning streak with them. So I won a lot from them. They paid me perfectly neteller lot of times(every times for their 2500$) I really thought this book was 100% good.

Then suddenly they gave me an email- told me neteller was not available anymore for withrawals. Thats how this mess started.

I asked them what options they have. They told me; Bank-wire, check or **.

I decide take a check which they suggested me. That was the cheapiest of the options with 50$ fee for 5000$ .Bank-wire is 100$ fee./5000$

I write this because my bank in sweden now told me that I have to cover that 5000$- check with equal amount in my bank-account.( I cant cover it because I dont have that money in my bank-account) Thats the swedish banks law for checks from abroads.

I also have the Swedish taxes after me which means I cant have more than perhaps 1000$ dollar in my bankaccount/month So I shouldnt take that check but they told me it was the best way. I had no idea about the swedish banks rules when I took this option.

Now to my question.

what shall I do now? Betonline told me I have to to resend the check to them.

Can I really trust that? They can just say to me;. Sorry we never recieved that check from you and then my 5000$ is gone.


Note. they also now told me that the **-option is no option anymore

Anyone here with good advice if its secure resend checks to them?

They still show on there website that Neteller is still an option. The last thing I remember about BetOnline and it's NT transactions was that you needed to give them all your info to do transactions.

Regardless of the rest, you should never have to send a check back. They can simply cancel the check at your request.

No, it's not uncommon for the books to suggest taking an alternate form of payment when one of the low volume methods are not funded. The player should also have the option to wait with a timeframe.

We will find out what the situation is with Neteller. Regarding the check, the bank probably wants it to clear before making it available to you which is normal. If you had a healthy balance in the account they sometimes will cash it right there. If you already requested and received the check depositing it may be the best option.

How can I then trust them?? for me its seems dangerous if I decide to resend the check.

So I have 2 big risks here.

decide to fund my bankaccount with5000$(that I need) and wait 3-4 weeks for my bank to confirm the check is allright. If I decide this solution I risk that the Swedish taxes take my money.(they took 3000$ from me couple of months ago when Jazz sportsbook sqrew me with neteller-withrawals) here I risk lose 5000$ to the swedish taxes.

2. Send the check back to betonline with the risk they never recieve it back. Here I risk lose 5000$ if betonline never recieve my check.(things can go wrong with mails-)


. I just want my money the method that I was promissed and the method that I was deposit. Thats all. And yes I know Bill, but they really promissed me neteller. I couldnt blame them if they told me before I deposit.

Sending a check back is no riskier than accepting one in the first place.

I spoke to BetOnline mgt. today. They will send you bank wires for the same cost Neteller would have been ($15?). They also said that although they sent you $20,000 through Neteller it is only a withdrawal option "when available" and they do not have Neteller funded. I'm told the **/** processor does not send to Sweden. Your best option probably is to take the wires.
