I am sick of the shady bonus rules, bad customer service, harassing phone calls....here is my latest experience with them. I deposited $50 twice in a day totaling $100...all I was asking was sportsbook bonus for the deposits I made....but they have shady bonus rules which keep changing. Here is the manner in which they treat customers...I have deposited several thousands in this book and I am a platinum member here and this is the way they treat me....I am done with this book.

You are NOT a platinum member. Heck, you're not even a bronze member. The rules are pretty clear and when you're begging for a free handout, you have to follow the rules which state that you must deposit at least $100 in order to be eligible for a 25% ($25) bonus.

Depositing $50 and then later coming back and depositing another $50 does not qualify whether you do it 1 minute apart or 1 year apart.

I am officially quitting your book.

Yes they have high limits but wise bettors don't bet big on -125 when they can get -115 elsewhere. The only thing bookmaker is good for is slow moving lines that you can hammer. How long can you do that for though before they figure it out?

I don't know how you've gotten bonuses by depositing $50 twice a day, because I never have. I had this conversation with BM about a month ago and the same thing was said to me. Seems like we're both in the same boat as far as active players and loyal clients, but I do believe those are BM's rules.

Bookmaker should of gave you the bonus. The smart thing to do was for customer service to say we only give the 25% bonus for deposits over $100 but I'll manually put the $25 in your account this time. That way they keep a repeat depositing customer happy plus $25 is nothing to Bookmaker.
