Not really sure that much can be done about this one, however you are always welcome to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.
I've had many dealiings with Betfair and have found that once you get above the initial layer of retarded customer service clerk they are very open to suggestions and critisizm etc. My advice would be to call them and say youve found a security issue and youll happily point it out to them if they'll consider a donation to your account if its found to be a fair and valid point. Although it sounds ridiculous they are the sort of company that would consider on the basis their owner is a degenerate gambler who, give or take 20-30M is not dissimilar to any of us and would probably post on this board if he didnt come up with his cunning exchange plan.
Sometimes we can get these types of issues resolved and sometimes we can't. Thats why I was suggesting to filling out a complaint form and we can investigate this matter with BetFair on your behalf. I mean what do you really have to lose (no pun intended).
their poker software is the main cause why now every withdrawal isn't done before 12 hours have pasted since the request.
So in that period they would have time to double check more than once where did the money have come from.
Understand that you could come to a situation of being several days logged off from betfair and some days later you find your account cleaned.
But over the phone they explained me that the security questions can't be changed, so if you phone them, you don't actually need your password.
don't know if they also have this feature for poker but for example, i have excluded myself from their casino and their games section (too much money lost there )
