    Win4real.com confiscates 90k in winnings

    I made several deposits totaling approximately $10,000 on Win4Real.com. It was mostly up and down and then I won a couple large parlays and sports bets. My luck continued to run well and did very good in the casino. I managed to pump my balance up to almost $90,000. A few days later I tried logging into my account and it had been disabled. When I contacted support they could offer no explanation. Emails were not returned and I was basically accused of cheating several times but offered no other explanation as to why my account was closed and money seized.

    This event took place approximately a year ago and ever since I have been searching for ways to get my money back. I knew there was little I could do from the US since these sites are based offshore. I just recently found SBR and am hoping somebody can help me. Below is a chat transcript between me and one of the Win4Real.com REPS as of yesterday:

    Stay far away from this website they are a bunch of no good crooks. Win to much and you wont get paid.

    I filed a complaint today with SBR, but I wanted to post in the forum to show what dishonest crooks these guys are.

    First he claims in the chat that they never received the funds. Then he changes his story and tells me a "system glitch" was responsible and therefore all my funds were seized. The real kicker is his refusal to show me any proof or documents proving their ridiculous contradicting stories.

    I really hope that SBR lives up to their name and goes after these dirtbags. This should be an F book for seizing funds of people who win to much. This is so upsetting and I feel so stupid for playing at this website. If anyone has any other suggestions on what to do please let me know.

    Did your credit card deposits clear?

    BTW, Jazette is the biggest collection of crooked Books-most are rated D-. However, the one you played at, Win4real (ironic name!), is rated C-. If the facts are with you, SBR may be able to work with them. However, I feel there is something more to this story.

    No no no, this is not a case of classical CC **********. Why would I charge back $10,000 if I was up $90,000 anyway? That makes no sense.

    Besides it isn't even clear what they're talking about. First they never received the money, then there was a software glitch. Even assuming the CC deposit somehow didn't make it through, so deduct whatever the amount was from my balance and pay me the remaining amount.

    There is nothing missing from this story except that I won to much for them to take.

    Yes I have the records of the CC deposits that went through if this is indeed the issue. So long as they tell me what merchant they charged it as since I gamble at several different books for large amounts.

    It shouldn't take long to recieve an email from sbr once recieved. I filed an sbr sportsbook complaint against the sbr casino and recieved a response the next day. Yes I filed a complaint against the sbr casino.

    many merchants, several books, they need to tell you what the charges were on YOUR credit card???...something is very uncertain here...nevertheless, I wish you luck if you i fact won and sent this money...but why would you do that with the C book, when there is bookmaker, greek 5dimes and so on????

    For the time being, I think he deserves the benefit of doubt. Reason being, if you make multiple deposits for that amount how could they go up to 10k. Also, accumulating 10k in false charges is criminal so I would imagine he would be sending his complaint from prison if this were in fact the case.

    Honestly,
    I would call the sportsbook and let them know you are getting on a plane and coming down there. If this doesn't get their attention then I would really get on a plane and go down there and collect my 90K. Are you kidding me...? This is more money than most people make in a year. Get yourself a plane ticket and camp out for a week until you get this resolved. Worst case scenario... You get a nice vacation. Granted the sports book isn't running their operation from Zeb's basement and you end up with an orange ball in you mouth.....

    I don't know how much regulation and power they exercise over their licensees but perhaps it's worth pleading your case to his office?

    err whole thing seems fishy. and by whole thing i mean both counter parts.it seems like you are leaving something out that took place hero. but regardless they are not treating you like a A+ customer, they atleast owe you a clear explanation. hopefully SBR fixes that mess.
