I got my info set up but it says- "Before purchasing a ******* we must advise you that it cannot be used for online gambling transactions."

It was all me I confess, I kidnapped myself and stole my own SS# and i held myself at gunpoint before forcing myself to sign up..... "suspicious elements"? like what? who else would know all that information besides me, actual card holder? i don't get it?
