decided 2 days ago sign up with Legendz and recieved 500$ bonus for my 2500$ deposit.

yesterday I noticed they closed my account. Today it was re opened but they took away the bonus of 500$ that I was given and promissed.

They told me Im on a list. I havent made a single bet with them so they cant know what kind of player I am. (Im a big looser I can tell you)

Interesting situation sir. By any chance did you receive a bonus offer from a sister book of theres recently? If so that could be the reason right there.

Nope. but after I was deposit I asking them if it was possible get the bonus from the pig too. I was told no, but just take away it without make a single bet.

It's unfortunate their mistake inconvenienced you but not much more they can do but offer to send your money back free of charge. It's likely only a few dollars but perhaps they would be willing to give you a prorated bonus credit for the one wager you placed.

I think if you had made a wager with the bonus still in the account, you'd definitely have a case. Since you didn't, I dont think theres anything wrong with what they did.

I dont care what you saying, I try say this to other gamblers. Every gambler should be glad for bonus. That cover our losses. And if you ask for it you have a yes or no. I got a yes and thats why its wrong take it away.

Anyone who's familiar with my posts on this board can probably guarantee I have no affiliation. I often side with books, but I sure as hell wouldn't have the posting patterns that I do if I was working for a book.

for me this behaviour is familiar with the VIP-books-family. also A graded. They also gave me bonus in the first place and then take it away(after I made my first bet)

Well, it doesn't seem like you're very impressed with them anyway (Even beyond the bonus issue), so you'd probably be better served just hunting for a bonus elsewhere.

Incidentally, it's probably never a good move to start lambasting the CS Representative. It's pretty much "Game Over" at that point, regardless of your situation. He or she is just "The Messenger", as opposed to the decision maker.

my point is that Legendz is not even close to all elite books out there. I always been good treated from the elite-books out there. I still have good outs there for me.(and I can live without bonuses) There is a lot of other B and C-ranked compnies out there lot better than this sportbook.
