Lou helped person here recover first $30,000. No surprise payout problems lately. Books are getting killed on Sunday night and Monday night games most of the year. And also people betting against Colts every week. Books should make their own lines instead of trusting Vegas. Hope you get paid by BOL--I bet you do

Props to you Prop for that detailed Post.
It seems pretty obvious to me that the scenario you lay out, if accurate,(Relationship with Action/BOL/Players) is
not only a disaster waiting to happen, but a hornet's nest of headaches for all involved on so many levels.
A properly run poker network cannot possibly exist whilst having as suggest different rooms with different types of access with oversight duties also spread around.
This is not a retailer selling tangible products using a white label supplier. Yet it appears this is much like their operating model.
It puts at risk every facet of their exposure streams, doesn't it?

Odds LOU has removed a prom dress other than his own?

Paynorake.com stole 4300 dollars from me also.

I"m ***** on yahoo messenger. I took it to Kahnawake and they did not even let me present my evidence.

Did the OP finally get paid his entire 65k? Perhaps SBR Lou or BOL Sarah can update.

It's actually not our place to say what he did with his balance, nor does it need to be public knowledge. He did share that he took some cash out, and hasn't posted of any withdrawal problems.

I appreciate the update. I didn't know he opted to continue playing with BOL after they attempted to stiff him. At least he collected something thanks to your efforts. Nice job getting these crooks to pay.

                            Hello,

I hope everybody is doing well and having a great 2013. The reason I am back posting in this thread is I feel I need to unfortunately give warning that over a year later it looks as if Bet Online is still doing its same tactics. After my issue was luckily and thankfully resolved I have had many people coming to me looking for help saying the same thing happened to them. While this was disturbing I did not know any of these people from poker even though I believed their stories as it had happened to me. However with in the last month someone who I knew in poker came to me looking for help because the same story had happened to him and unfortunately he did not know about Bet Online's history. It brought back the terrible memories which included account frozen and money locked up, the player demanding they send him the hand histories where they claimed he cheated and of course Bet Online refusing not to send him the hand histories. I gave him some advice on what channels to go through that luckily I found out about during my whole ordeal and it looks like he will be finally getting paid, probably because of him threatening to go public and them finding out that he is known in the poker community. I feel as I owe a great deal to this community among others in helping me get through my situation, and the least I felt I could do is let everyone aware of what I have found out. Good luck to everyone.

                            -Greg

Based out of Costa Rica, the network claims that, as a nonprofit, it will effectively redistribute any and all profits to its members. According to Clive Archer, the COO of Action Poker Network, “(The) $10,000 per month is used to pay for the operation of the network.”

Additionally, Archer explained that the voting power of each member will be entirely based on the volume of business they make up for the entire network. Exactly how this will all pan out remains to be seen, as this type of network claiming to be a nonprofit in this particular industry is somewhat unprecedented.
Archer initially worked as a consultant for eGaming before moving on to take the COO position, as well as becoming the CEO of BetOnline. Action Poker now operates under the new name Chico Poker Network, which has received mixed reviews online, being ranked #31 compared to all other online poker rooms due to reports of nonpayment or being slow to pay out winnings to its members

Bet online does NOT always pay

The reverse back CC deposits are to protect the Book from Bad Apples.. They stole from me. But what is worse and frustrating is there customer service lied and dodged the problem

Fortunately, we don't have to talk in theory - we can look at things like the results of the SBR users posters poll last month, the monthly payout reports thread, the news feeds etc. Personally I think it's great having you guys as sounding boards. What gets lost in the fray though is that forums are prone to squeaky wheels. Google some reviews of your laptop. I bet you'll come away thinking your machine will explode in a year.

If customer service was more important than payouts then I'd say the flack is well-deserved at times. The fact remains BetOnline has never not paid a player and really cares about getting better in the areas you guys have pointed out.
