    I must say I love this place, with the exception of a few things. They're site is slow during peak times AND the fees for a few major withdrawal options are too expensive compared to other top books (Although they offer 1 free one each month). However, this is offset by the excellent customer service- especially from top management- and the abundance of promotions they offer. These guys should be right up there with the Bookmakers and 5Dimes of the world pretty soon.

    Top 5 book in my opinion.

    -Great bonuses
    -high limits
    -great customer service
    -Nice banking options

    My only complaints would be the software and I would like to see a wider selection of prop bets.

    How does the juice compare to some of the top books? They may have nice match % bonuses, but do they win it back with slow lines and high juice?

    I'm thinking about giving them a try down the road so I read the SBR review on them and it says there is a loyalty program- Went to their site and did not see one so does any of you know what that is?
