    They do customer service well. The book is solid. If they cure their only weakness, which is the software, the sky is the limit.

    They may have some website and software issues here and there, but other than that their customer service is actually helpful and they treat their players well. Just got a $100 free play in the mail today from them out of the blue too. Great book.
