Seriously... I don't think I've been able to access a representative one single time in the 3 years I've had an account there. Yes, I know their are phones, but if I'm forced to talk with incompetence, I'd at least like a written record of it. All I want to do is send
them money. I suppose they can't care too much about one lost customer, but I'd expect better from an A book. And that's not even to mention the auto-reply e-mails I get when I send any question whatsoever... none of which
ever address the question(s) I'd asked. By no means should it cause me this much stress.
