    matchbook problem

    I have a couple pending wagers were cancelled automatically. but the funds haven't credited back to my "Free Funds" yet. how come? anyone have that problem?

    happens all the time to me. i call them about once a week and complain. there is no excuse for how long my funds are unavailable to me at times. sometimes a half hour or more. makes no sense not to automate it.

    had to tell them to correct to missing funds. really hate to do that. If I didn't talk to them that some of my unmatched bets were disappeared with the funds, will they return the money to my account automatically? I really dun want to do that again.

    yes, and they keep telling me it is working on there end, i have tried everything ,but it won't load
