Heritage advertises that you get a free Birthday Parlay. Min requirements - member 8 weeks with 4k in bets.

I've been a member for about 6 weeks and have the 4k min. Called on Thursday about this and they said even though I was a couple of weeks short, it shouldn't be a problem - just call back on Saturday (my Birthday) and they will hook me up.

I did that today about an hour and a half ago and they said it would be in my account in 10 minutes. 15 minutes at the most.

Still not in there. Have other Heritage members have a problem with this "perk"? I've called twice already about this I don't think I should have to call again. Probably not enough to be that upset about, but if they say they are going to do it, then do it.

Up until now their CS has been very good.
