I just got off the phone with bodog. The rep was so stupid that I was practically laughing at her by the end of the conversation.
Not sure if everyone was offered this, but I got a 50%
bonus email if I deposited by tonight. (Up to $500 bonus.) I told them I'd like to deposit via **. (I had also mentioned that I would like to deposit via ** to another rep on the phone the other day.) They won't give out any deposit information unless you talk to them on the phone. Then I get on the phone and the person tells me they don't accept **. So I ask for **. I find out they aren't taking that either...
Well I don't like using cards, but I have a debit card, so I decide I might as well give that a shot. She tells me I should use wire if I want to deposit a full grand. I have to remind her that I want a 50% deposit bonus and the deposit must be in by tonight. So she tells me she has to break up the deposit into 2 x $500 deposits. She tries the first deposit...it goes through. She tells me I have the 500 + 250 bonus. Then she tries the second one...it doesn't go through. She tells me I can call back and try to deposit the rest later. Then I ask her if I can try moneylinq and get the rest of the bonus that way. Then she tells me that they offer a 20% bonus through moneylinq. I tell her I just got a 50% bonus and I want the rest of that. She says 20% again. So I'm all WTF? and so I ask if I can deposit later can I get the other 50% through a credit card. She tells me the 50% is only on the first deposit. WTF? again. (It seems like I was only going to get the bonus on the first of the two deposits had the second deposit gone through.) Throughout this entire conversation I am thinking this is a pretty dumb conversation I have been having (and there's plenty of dumb conversation I left out). She is very serious for this entire conversation and I can't help but laugh while talking to her for the last minute.
If this wasn't Bodog I might be pretty annoyed....but
