    5Dimes Employee Unaware of Rules

I went into the chat looking to confirm my thought of that a Quarter line on football that tied would be a push, but that's not what I found.

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Jane'
Jane: Hello. How may I assist you today?
A: If i bet a football game quarter moneyline, and it is tied is it a push or a loss?
Jane: it's a loser bet on money line has to win for sure sir
A: yes, but if an NFL game tied and I bet moneyline it is a push.
Jane: No sir it's a loser bet if it is money line it's a lost
A: Can you guide me to where this rule is for Football?
    A Crouse: link?
    Jane: Just a moment please
    Jane: http://www.5dimes.com/sb_wagertypes.html
A: Tie games are no action, which means your original bet amount will be refunded to your account.
A: Every sportsbook has that rule
A: For every sport but Soccer?
A: so can you say your 100% sure?
Jane: Sir when you choose a money line you're choosing the winner of the game
Jane: you bet on which team will win the game outright.
A: I know. If it is a TIE for football it should be a push. I know for a whole game it is 100% a push. I was wondering about quarters.
A: Can you redirect me to someone else because I think you are confused.

I then talked to someone who knew what they were talking about, and confirmed for me that it would be a push, he told me she was confused and thought I was talking about soccer, but I never heard of quarter bets on soccer, and I specifically stated NFL.

"Jane" was obviously wrong but you probably should have know that before you made the wager..FWIW, I always seem to be on chat with 5d and they have some good cs people and some bad. Never dealt with Jane though, she must be new, at least to the customer service side of things..
