Any Canadian here sent a 5-10k wire to a book?

How did your bank handle this? Any problems? Are there any amounts over which you have to fill out special forms, etc.? I imagine wires over 10k will require paperwork.

    Thanks

TD handled a $35K wire without issues 2 or 3 years ago (can't remember if I sent it to Mansion or Pinnacle) ... no additional paperwork or information gathering beyond what normally happens for a wire ... nothing more recent than that.

I sent a 10K wire to Pinnacle Sports two years ago. No problem at all. Just had to notify them that the wire was sent and it was done all all online.

, bmo has papers in every branch stating any thing over 10k , you have to fill out a fintrac document, but it is more for the banks security so they can show the regulators they were in compliance,
