    Which sportsbook for recreational player?

Looking to join a new sportsbook (currently with sportsbook.com) and thought I would choose a a+ rated sportsbook but now seriously having second thoughts. I was leaning towards 5dimes but I am hearing ALOT of terrible things about this agency. Just wondering who do you play with. I bet very low 10 - 20 bucks per game on ncaaf to nfl and may bet a 50 dollar game once in a while. Any input would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

Betfair & Pinnacle are massive books, very reliable and offer everything you're looking for. I mostly play
on Betfair since I like setting my own odds...check out this vid: https://promotions.betfair.com/how-betfair-works will explain everything.

    Matchbook is also reliable.

Thanks I will definitely l check out all three. Any idea if they charge a fee to cash out? I know some companys do if you cash out under a certain amount.. I will look into them.

    Thanks again!

The Greek is solid. 5Dimes is pretty good too. As a US player in your betting range, either one will be worth checking out.

    Stay with sportsbook.com

They have a $20 deposit limit unlike 5dimes who has $50 minimum deposit.

Sportsbook.com pays out fast from my experience.

Plenty of good choices, GC! BetJamaica, Bodog, and Bookmaker to name a few.

5Dimes has its problems but sportsbook.com is way worse. sportsbook.com has blatantly stolen from people on numerous occasions, the most well known was the mass retroactive cancellation of winning parlays.

I just started this, uh, hobby. I deposited at BetJamaica and 5Dimes. I have not requested a payout, so I cannot expound on that. But my basic dealings with both so far seems fine.

Jamaica, Greek and 5D to echo the thoughts of others here. Very strong and most importantly all 3 have been around a long time. I'd also throw in Intertops, who offer extremely vanilla lines but are one of the most reliable and long-lasting of the books (Started up in 1996).

Sportsbook.com has ton of betting opportunities..Ex: I was able to bet on MTV Video Music Awards and won some money on Eminem on Best Male Video.

Prior to joining Heritage I used wagercheif.com. Jon, who is the owner, frequently posts on this message board and will give you a 100% freeplay bonus up to 500 dollars. (Not saying you have to deposit that much) They also haven't had any problems and Jon has always sided with the player anytime anything has ever came up.

Bookmaker or DSI are much like sportsbook.com but A+ rated, poker and casino free payouts. If you do anything besides sports betting check them out.

I'm also looking to leave my current book for another. I was recommended to use 5Dimes and BetJamaica and I'll probably go with BetJamaica after the recent issue over customer service with 5D.

If you can open an account with them, do it. I worked for them for 3 years. Good solid people. They don't new US players I am sure.

Call Sharky at Justbet, he will hook you up. Same thing, good people and always pay.

I too am from USA, and just the other day joined 5dimes. Seems like you can bet as low as you want there, they have very good lines, and most importantly for me, they took my CC/Debit card for deposits, which makes it VERY easy.

Every recreational player should play at BetJamaica, DSI and 5Dimes.

Check out Bodog, very easy interface and they got alot of other things besides sports betting. Create an account with them and just check everything out, you don't have to deposit money at all to browse around.
