    Should be, as a skin of Bet Phoenix, basically Bet Phoenix in a different wrapper. I have an account, but have yet to fund it. I did receive a free $50 free play during the MLB season from them. I noticed the lines I was receiving were better than Bet Phoenix, but usually only early in the mornings...
