So I thought I met the qualifier for the Heritage promo. Added up my bets at 2700 and needed 2500. talked to an agent and said it was 2183. transferred to "rep" who said the bets only count if they are -110 bets and if you play anything with a stronger line, it counts as 55 vs 50. kind of sneaky and wasn't stated anywhere that you had to play that way.
no biggie, up to 300 and will play a few more tonight, but c'mon folks.
pamon - sir-first good luck on attempting to meet your 10 x rollover. Yes at 50 per wager max. it is not so easy. Apparently some players wager large favorites [-200]ie to get around taking a fair shot. Heritage has been an A plus book in my experience-and I too am in the 250 promotion. Of course I asked the questions ahead of time reguarding what you can and cannot do. Stay with them and give them the benefit of the doubt you may have. GL SIR-AND GOOD HANDICAPPING.
Pamon - I had the same kind of thing happen, but eventually you will get to that 2500 mark. I took me about 3 days, but it wasnt all straight wagers, I had to hit like 3 or 4 - 3 team parlays for 50 each to eventually hit that 2500 roll over. Once you get to that 2500 roll over, call customer service and have them give you house wager limits, thats when you can start increase your bank roll. The payout was easy, same day, no questions asked. Other than that, Heritage is a great book, I do plan on using them from now on. Good luck!
ok. drama solved. heritage called me back and they said i was close enough and will allow for a payout if wanted. congrats to them for being a standup book and doing this. guy said someone else called too. lol
agree. guy said i could cash out whenever and that was pretty stand up in my view. i've never been told that buy a book and been talked to honestly, usually a bunch of games. granted that was wsex/sportsbook.com/bodog experiences. props to heritage and marty.
honestly i'm surprised i stayed positive w/ a 10x rollover. lol
