Just a heads up -- I deposited $1000 to this book and took a $500 free play bonus. After placing maybe 3 or 4 wagers, my limits were cut in half. At that point I just wanted to withdraw my balance - I'd rather use the money to play at other books with bigger limits.
As I had not used any of my $500 free play (which is still in my account) I requested that the bonus be canceled and my balance paid out, minus the free play. I was told that even though I hadn't used the bonus, I had still agreed to take the bonus, so I must use it and complete the rollover.
Of course, the rollover remains the same, despite my decreased limits.
I filed an SBR complaint and Lou sided with the book - even though I haven't used the bonus, I must complete the rollover.
I see this as my money being held hostage. The book clearly does not want my action, as they see me as a winning player. Why not just send me my money then? If they believe I am placing profitable wagers, why do they force me to keep betting to complete the rollover?
I'm disappointed with the book's decision to hold my money -- going to take a long time to complete the rollover with such tiny limits. Also disappointed because it doesn't seem like SBR fought very hard for me here.
