So i have recently been looking into other sportsbook because I have been dilusional and have been using Sportsinteraction until they recently screwed me so i decided to talk to Bet365 customer service because i wanted to ask a lot of questions before I sign up with another book so I don't get jerked around again and this was the result. First off I wanted to get the withdrawal phase over with before i deposited so I did the whole scan and email drivers licence and utility bill no problem. So than I decided to inquire about Withdrawal procedure how long it takes to get cheques and what not because I only deposit with prepaid ************ and only withdraw with cheques because I am weiry of giving banking information online so this is the only way i will deposit and withdraw. So 4 days ago I found out from a customer service rep that they do not send cheques to canada because canadian banks will not cash their cheques. So I simply told them ok no problem I will have to look at other options but they should take down where it states that you can request a cheque to Canada so other customers who are in a similar situation as myself would not get themselves into a problem. So I decided to check the site today to see if they changed it and to my surprise they have not so they have this misinformation on their site still. So I decided to contact live chat support and was rudely greeted by a Greig B who quickly said we do send cheques but some banks dont cash them and promptly decided to end the conversation. I have not deposited on this site yet and was treated rudely already

I just want to know can i find one honest book who actually cares about customers and not scamming people or misleading them. Like we are all hard workers who put our own hard earned money into having a little recreational fun on weekends and what not.

I just want to know if there an honest book out there or am I in fantasy land with beer flavoured nipples and womans ass which smell like roses?????

Bet 365 is a shoddy book for customer service, avoid the CS like the plague
