As stated in the topic, that has to be one of the biggest cheats ever made by an online bookie. Not that they void a bet, not that they have removed it from the betting account - but it has been settled as a loser and won't be changed. But let's start from beggining...
There is Tournoi Ahmed Antifi in Morocco playing since 28 July till today, 1 August with 6 teams taking part in it - two of these were involved in the game I am about to mention yesterday. When I came across betting offer yesterday, I saw that they are the only one Asian bookie offering odds on RAC Racing Athletic Club vs Raja Casablanca - RAC Racing Athletic Club were -0.25 favourites to win the game at the odds of around 1.70. Strange enough, these odds were stable for all the time they were Pre-Game and almost same coming into livebet. They were accepting bets on Raja Casablanca within blink of an eye - not mentioning, that market wasn't sensitive with such bets. Raja have scored with Bilal Danguir's struck late in the 1st half, but RAC managed to equalize just before the break. Game went on, there wasn't a lot of playing (188bet have said that around 75' minute Raja got a red card, didn't see it in any of the reports, but they might not include this), then the funniest part began. 188bet around 85' minute has put 2-1 RAC, so I thought that the bets are lost and, despite being angry, agreed with it. When I came across Raja's supporters forum I saw something strange though - they were cheering, as it was Raja who has scored on penalty kick. I've made a further research and indeed Raja has won the game by 2-1 score. Worth mentioning is also that after quite a while 188bet have settled RAC as 2-1 winner.
188bet after today's talk on livechat refused to change the score, despite the fact they were given all the proofs:

There are no 'official' reports on this game, but, be serious - such evidence should be enough for everyone, just not 188bet which doesn't want to pay the money. One another interesting fact - not a single Asian bookie wants to open odds on the final between Raja Casablanca and Difaa Hassania El Jadidi - they would have to open RAC Racing Athletic Club - Difaa Hassania El Jadidi instead (taking under consideration that they 'won' yesterday) and they are well aware that such game just doesn't exist.

To all of you, who doesn't want to go through such things - avoid 188bet at any costs. If they refuse to correct their obvious mistake, not in the odds, as they've copied these from crown, but in score, then I have no other words that it's just a BIG SCUM!

188bet can be very arrogant but if you go at it they will eventually listen to you. This incident reminds me of this one:

I always try to avoid them, but like you I will place a bet there if they are the only ones taking bets or if the odds are significantly different. They are slower than 12bet and SBO to pay, and they also have some rules regarding CC deposits that may have suckered a few people in the past (they should have read the rules obviously). And they used to (but since stopped) ask for "proof of income" if they suspect that you are a professional bettor.

I am sure that eventually you will get paid. Go on their live chat and demand to talk to one of the managers there. Hopefully they have learned from the case I linked to above and won't be all smug and reject you like they did with jaug.

This does sound ridiculous. If they misgraded it, and every bit of evidence says you won, they need to regrade it. Books hate grading errors. Most of the players that benefited from the misgrade have either lost their balance or cashed out. Still though, this is not your problem.

their CS probably figures that 95%+ (maybe 99%+) complaints are not correct, so they got good at ignoring customer request. this is the key reason behind your case.

I thought after reading that mail, that either I am an idiot or they want to make a monkey out of me. After a short while, I had to reply on that, as I am sure, that information I provided is 100% correct and accurate and 188bet's decission defies all logic. The most important extract from what I wrote is to all of you, to avoid confusion:

- You have stated that Racing Club Athletic is also reffered as Raja Club Athletic - that is totally wrong. Full name of Raja de Casablanca is Raja Club Athletic de Casablanca, shortly called Raja Casablanca - source http://rajacasablanca.com/ - official page of Raja Club Athletic de Casablanca, which could be seen even by looking only at official logo of the team.

Also, you are trying to deny, that Raja Club Athletic de Casablanca has lost the game - it is wrong again, how would it be possible for Raja Club Athletic de Casablanca to play yesterday in the final game of Tournoi Ahmed Antifi against Difaa Hassania de Jadidi and lose it 1-2, and Racing Athletic de Cassablanca lose against Maghreb by 1-3 score? i see how this scam works. they simply pay out to whomever benefits them. then the ppl who know it was misgraded call up and compalin and have to fight hard for weeks for their money, and without sbr might never see it. and if anyone who benefited from the original misgrade goes on a run with the money they can call it back and reset that players balance to before the misgrade....id love to drop a bomb on some books

ofcourse it's case closed. they're a nightmare to get things straightened out. CS seems to be trained to not think at all, not forward anything to a manager, but simply defend the position of the book into the absurd even though they're so obviously wrong. get past their CS line of defence and your case will be resolved quite quickly.
nevertheless, a book like this offers and takes enormous amounts in bets every day. mistakes do happen and to think they were purposely trying to scam somebody over some obscure meaningless soccer game with a few meaningless bets while taking hundreds of thousands on other leagues is absurd. there was a mix-up with the names, it was straightened out in the end, so indeed: case closed.
