Why don't more books offer echeck?

I see Matchbook got an echeck processor, why don't popular books like the The Greek and 5dimes get on board and add some better deposit options their customers can actually use.

It is because checks can take more than two weeks to clear. Book don't want to risk for that long.

very risky from what I understand.. Plus it holds payouts up as they can set long hold times to make sure the check clears

Probably because it is against the law and easier to track .

If bank gets caught all the funds will be siezed.

Didn't know anyone else was offering this. I'm really surprised 5dimes and the Greek haven't implemented it yet
