    My Youwager Experience...AWFUL

    Just asked about consolation parlays. Between her saying one moment please and her typing again it took a solid 30 minutes.

    She doesn't know what it is. My experience with YouWager was positive. Deposited 1000 got it to 5000, asked for a withdrawal and it came within 4 business days. No hassle, good lines. Definately recommend

    If I were you I would be careful ordering food. With the way you, apparently, treat people with simple jobs, you could have a nice chunk of saliva added to your order.

    I have seen a coupe of these threads pop up lately about people complaining about bad service on some dumb questions. It's always at books that pay no problem and with times like these we should not take that for granted

    Its nice if you have a friendly CS but the most important is play with a book who pays.

    Take the example of Heroes,Bet911 the CS was great but they don't pay, Youwager is a top book but like some others top book nothing is 100% perfect

    This is all true. I was irritated and generally am pretty polite, the only thing that I've noticed is that youwager specifically doesn't seem to hire very good english speaking CS reps. It was more the fact that she wasn't even forming complete sentences or anything. They are a solid book, it was just an awful CS experience. I got an email this morning and that worked out fine.

    Ok, so you're an inconsiderate, prejudiced, ignorant prick. Take time to understand that English is not their first language, CS reps don't usually understand gambling in detail, and they are better off not explaining it because guys like you will try to get them fired if they miss anything when they explain it to you. You're not going to find Becky-Sue from Wisconsin answering phones in Costa Rica.

    There is a good chance they are supporting other family members with this job. She doesn't want to lose this job, because her family may have trouble eating, and she may not want to sell her vagina to support her family.

    I lived with a family of Central-Americans years back in El Salvador. Think it through, everyone's not as privileged as you are.

    I just think that english speaking players are probably the majority at these books, thus they should have people who can work well with them. Don't try and bullshit me and say that Costa Rica isn't full of people who speak english. Either way I agree i was a bit of a douche, but that doesn't take away from their terrible customer service. Stop trying to act all righteous anyways, you're on a freaking gamblers forum and you don't know anything about this CS rep.

    Honestly speaking, everyone is a douche at one time or another, me included. Secondly, I understand your frustration because I go through the same thing, and it is frustrating when you can't communicate with the rep, and everything you say they hear different. The books should get someone, at least in charge who can grab the phone and straighten things out in clear English. But hiring people a little cheaper makes those nice bonuses possible too.

    It's just a problem that requires understanding on everyone's part. I know I got a little righteous, but that's because I am righteous. No apologies for that.

    They are a good book, only the CS was rough for me. I honestly think that their betting platform is GREAT though.

    I've always managed to get really good service on live chat. But sometimes there are some delays that can be attributed to the language barrier. Very good book though. my personal favorite.

    I got a buddy who is a much bigger player than me that played at youwager for a couple months. Somehow they got my phone number and used to call me at all hrs of the night trying to get me to sign up. Really pissed me off. Anyways my buddy took a 4000 dollar bank withdrawal from them. And they gave him two 4000 dollar bank wires by accident. He never played with them again afrid that anything he deposited would be taken to make up mistake.
