Wager chief suspended my account because i have a bet phoenix account. Wtf is that crap i didnt even knew they were with each other, can anyone give me any information on this please. Thank you.

Part of the same group, usually which one/more is available is based on your location. The group includes Sports-1, Skybook, and BetAJ as well.

Ask them to transfer over your balance to your BetPho account.

I'd guess the only issue would be if you were using multiple accounts with them to avoid limits/delays, or get bonuses when they'd bonus-banned you at BetPho.

Update, they reopened it it seems there was a error with my phone number problem solved they were quite good about it
