    Easiest Withdrawal Method

    I'm looking to post up at a book for football that I could easily withdraw a couple hundred every month. Not wanting to pay huge fees as that really eats into profits if I'm only withdrawing a couple hundred. Best I have seen is the RebateWager debit card. Anyone else got any easy, cheap methods?
