It says it should take 8-10 days but it has been well over a month now. I've tried to be patient but they won't even talk to me. Every day I phone and they won't put me through to accounting. I end up with some CS rep relaying a message about what is going to happen. Every message has been false so far.

I have tried to be flexible. I asked for Moneybookers but also told the general manager I could accept a wire.

The general manager stopped returning my e-mails 2 weeks ago.

The latest in a long string of promises was that I would have my money by a couple hours ago but it's not there again. Any suggestions?

most players 95% of them don't use the forums so it makes one wonder if all players are being paid.

The player emailed me , I emailed back , player emails me back , I email him back ( the mail never went through ) .

After I saw this I realized that he never got my last emails so I paid him in 15 minutes .

And yes players are getting paid if you look in the forum you will see the positive feedback.

Also this is the first time in the sportsbooks history there is a complaint of this nature . I should know I founded Wagerchief.

It seems to have been a communication mishap that was resolved.

One of the positives with player feedback from WagerChief has been their visibility and presence on the board, and contest offerings to community members. We have no outstanding disputes to reference.

Funny. Opposite here. No e-mails, but a few cold calls. I'm ok with those, though, from WC. Their offers are worth listening to.

Based on my experience, those concerns are legitimate.

I didn't want to go public but I didn't feel like there was any choice. I was not getting results from phone and e-mail and PM. To call it a simple miscommunication is a very generous spin in Wagerchief's favor. I communicated clearly through multiple media over and over for weeks. I got stonewalled.

That's why I intend to track any future payouts here in public. It's not what I want to do but it is the only thing I have seen that gets results.

I was transferred to Jason and he asked me what amount and I gave him the amount I plan to send, I wait patiently for the name. 10 minutes past I asked what's taking so long (no response), so I waited another 10 minutes and ask again. I really do NOT know what you are trying to do here but Durito and all the other posters have always been paid these are isolated incidents, else Bill and all the other forums would have an inbox full of complaints about Wagerchief , since you are such an astute forum persona why dont you look at the other 20 + threads of people being paid and comment on those since you love Wagerchief so much.

I am not here to let my arm be twisted like other sportsbook posters I let the reputation and the SBR rating speak for itself , now if you would like to really get to know my operation I would love to fly you down here and show you around and explain to you how we conduct business. Or you can send a PM to all the other Wagerchief clients and you can see what they have to say. Until you are ready to do one or the other we can keep doing this all day.

They are usually isolated incidents, its obviously not common policy as most who use WC get paid without any problems.

I did send WC a PM awhile back and got a message that his mailbox was full. So that was another in a long line of frustrations.

I'm not meaning to hammer at WC here. Hopefully it is true that my incident plus duritos are more the exception than the rule. I am willing to give it a chance. My current payout request is only 2 days old so no need to raise any red flags yet. I don't know why it takes 8-10 days to do a Moneybookers payout but it says that right on the website so at least the info is upfront.
