    I'm still waiting, sent 2 e mails to charlie and she never answered. So at best I can say WTF and not use them. As an aside I got cold called from lazer and offered a re up bonus.

    At one stage they did not answer an email I sent because they were changing servers or something like that. However since then I have always receieved prompt replys. Shoot her another email
