Attn: Las Vegas Residents go to "Station Casinos" to bet the World Cup

    Correlated Parlays are allowed.

    Spread, and total

I hope no one Tips them off. This Forum is pretty popular.

If there is a chance that someone does alert Station casinos , Justin7 please erase this thread.

Stations called me, and told me to thank HoulihansTx for saving them millions of dollars. If you are betting $500 or less, there's a good chance you can still put in some CPs.

If you want to kill a promo or any other good thing in the gambling world, publish it or put it in a forum.

Stations is widely known to 86 for reasons far more benign than this.

    FWIW, Lucky's also allows GL+OU parlays...for a $20 limit.

I even watched Justin video and still nothing. Is there any simple way to understand it?

Yes, to make the concept easy to grasp, I'll use this example:

USC is a large favorite, say -45 points vs. San Jose State in football.

    The over/under is 52.

-45 and over 52 are correlated because you will go over 52 the majority of the time the -45 covers, for all practical purposes.

If you take San Jose State +45, if will go under 52 more often than it would otherwise, theoretically.

I'm sure a statistics expert can explain it in math language a little more precisely than I can, but this is the jist of it.

    Example of a correlated parlay:

Will you have an STD tomorrow? Yes +200/ No -220
Will you bang a hooker without a condom today? Yes +120/No -140

Parlay the yes on both. You are essentially betting the same event, but getting very good odds (6.6 to 1) on an event that will happen almost half the time.

I/m pretty sure this is the only book on earth allowing these types of bets.

I appreciate your posting this HoulihansTX, but I hope you delete the post yourself. We run the risk of killing the golden goose here.

Cats out of the Bag.... No longer can you parly Props with Totals.

It just started today. I dont know if the became wise to the situation, or if they finally figured out they were the only book allowing these types of plays.

You can still parlay the Side with the Total.
