    Yes, but be prepared to send all the necessary documentations for verifications. They are licensed by the uk guv. Also, they co-operate with IRS if they need to look into your account.

    No, not for gambling related activities. Furthermore, foreigners are not allowed to send money to an US customer.

    If you have money in mb and then file a bankcrupcy in usa, will mb close your account and keep your balance to irs?
