My complaints with them are 1. They allow a type of fishing to go on during live games. What I mean is that say there is an in progress offer, and you try and hit it, believing that you had to be filled because the offer has been out their for awhile, only to see that the offer changes on you and goes to higher odds making you chase it like a fish after a BAITED HOOK!!! It almost seems like Matchbook is in on it because I have called them about this, more than a dozen times and gave them an easy fix, but they still allow this practice to continue. The simple solution would be a FILL or KILL option. An order that will disappear immediately if not filled immediately. What happens now is when the offer that I tried to hit gets pulled, I then become the high bid and the person who put out the original offer now realizes that they may have a fish on the line. Like I say a Fill and Kill option will get rid of that once and for all. 2. There are sophisticated computer program users on many of the games. It can be easily spotted because you will see negative odds or favorites on both sides of a game. The reason you see that is because in actuality the bettor is putting out plus odds where if he gets two sided action he can't lose. When a person puts out plus odds they will show up on the other side as negative odds. Usually you see the same wager amounts available on both sides at the exact same time a real easy way to spot the program. This scenario is bad for Matchbook, because savvy players like myself stay clear of games that have their lines manipulated. It also keeps the line from moving on that particular game for a very long time, and that can't be good for Matchbook profits. Matchbook lines I believe move many of the sports lines in the industry, and you usually don't see major line moves on those games that have programs on them by other casinos.[/COLOR]
