    BWIN Closed my account !

    Hi everybody,

    first, excuse me for my english. I'm french so, maybe you'll think that my english is not very good.

    On this morning, i tried to connect on my bwin account then this message appeared (in french) : you account is closed, please contact our customer service

    I sent an e-mail but i've no answer yet.
    I don't bet a lot, my stakes amount to (about) 30 and my account balance is less than 400.

    Maybe somebody tried to connect on my account with bad password ?

    Please help me ... Does it happen to some of you ?

    Do you have a balance? If so, contact CS and let us know?

    If i undersootd correctly, the answer is yes ... I won money on Bwin.

    Did they send you an email why your account was closed?

    If so post it here and we'll take a look.
    Im sure they closed it for a specific reason.

    Post the email or get them on chat and we can see if its legit.

    Personally. I never played there but I see them advertising alot ...Not sure how good they are

    bwin sounds like a shady place to bet. these euro books all sound horrible. if you're european, go open a pinnacle account.

    they probably want you to send them your ID scan. did you request a small withdrawal or something (unless you did something wrong like 2 accounts etc)?
    the best thing is to call them because sometimes they need up to 3 days to reply to an email.
    Do not worry, you will get your money 99,99 % sure!

    Hi everybody,

    thank you for all your answers and for reassuring me.

    Jimmy : Bwin hasn't send me any e-mail ...

    Picoman : a lot of people is suggesting me to open an account on a "more european" bookmaker. I'll probably do it but it's pity because i like bwin live.

    pjesnik24 : i don't have 1 accounts. However, you're right : i requested a SMALL withdrawal (less than 100€). I've sent an ID SCAN but a few days after the request.

    I hope that the closure of my account is not definitive and that bwin won't steal me my money !

    I know what will happen : If you have something winning above your deposit, you will receive only the deposit amount. If you have less than the deposit, you will receive the balance. It's bwin...

    Another question : can bwin keep my money, if they decide to close my account ?

    Tonyoz,

    bwin has been getting more aggressive in their account closures. Most of the time, players drop their complaints when Bwin responds that they are part of a bonus or fraud ring.

    I have one complaint open right now against Bwin where the player didn't back down. I'm waiting for Bwin to come forth with evidence of fraud - the player's ID documents were sent to me and in order.

    I agree, even top UK books are bad, close your account if you win a little!

    You have to add the two numbers which are above the submit button... then write it.

    Hi everybody,

    i'm stupid !
    i requested my first withdrawal so i had to send a copy of my ID... I did it but there was a mistake on my accout !
    My birth year is 1988 and my father's one is 1958
    I don't know why but when i subscribed, i confused... I wrote 1958 instead of 1988
    I called CS and somebody explained me the problem.
    I apologized, i explained that i made a mistake but i don't understand the problem : even if i made a mistake, with the right birth year, i am major...

    So, CS told me i have to send an e-mail and they will think about my situation because they're not sure to open my account...

    I have proposed them to send them a copy of my ID and my father's one to show them the 2 birth years...

    ps : i hope you understand my english
