From what I know they draw allot of interest for the table games, i guess you can get no house edge games and low limits, thinking bets start at a penny. I've never seen anything about no pay, but have no personal experience with them. Not sure they take players from US.

That's the double-edged sword. For the big books, like the betfairs of the world, you get all the liquidity iyou want, yet you'll pay through the wazoo for commission. The smaller books, like this one, have good rates, but poor volume. So you basically get jacked either way.

Yes, I did. It's a little bit of a misnomer. It sounds like credit, but it's not. It just means you can offer bets above your limit on different events. But you still can't exceed your deposit.

To me the payment of 7%+ interest on balances rings alarm bells.

Why do they need to do that, particularly at such an attractive rate?

Could it be that they are an under-funded operation and need to raise finance like this from players?

I for one am not prepared to make an unsecured loan to a relative start up operation even for that sort of interest.

Just a different marketing ploy I guess. Also stops people withdrawing quickly so your are more likely to stay in the book and play. I take your point though Hareeba......but would you depsoit money in any new book (say one that offered an OK bonus and average rollover but no interest)?

only if I knew that they were financially sound and that players' money was kept separated from the book's funding

bonuses with rollover have little appeal to me ... being able to get a decent sized bet on at truly competitive odds is what turns me on

i just took a look at their website and it still says that they´re paying interest, but after 5 minutes or so of searching in the FAQ, i didn´t find how much or how it works.
anyone in here have some experience with those guys?

Maybe if they start offering better odds than Betfair, Pinnacle,, Matcbhook, SBO and 188Bet I may have another think but in the meantime I don't seen enough to entice me to risk it.

I have use only Betliner (not the others) and I have noted 3 things:
- Interface not so friendly
- poor liquidity, so you have problem to catch good quotes
+ 7% of interest on the money deposited, good

In this moment I prefer to use other books.

I don't know first hand about the sportsbook but if the casino is any indication, liquidity or not, they are professionals or at least the give a hoot about their operation. No fly by night here. The only online RNG casino in the whole industry that incorporates SHA256 Checksum: a Secure Hash Algorithm which in purpose allows you to go back and audit the RNG outcome whether its roulette numbers, dice throws, card sequences, etc., by comparing it against a predetermined batch of outcome formulated before actual play using an independent site that specializes in hash code authentication. Basically, you test to prove that their are no real time manipulating or cheating algorithm. You can "demo" the games along with tutorial till your satisfied without signing up as well.

It is almost a travesty that relatively no one seems to know about their operation, their casino is high end stuff compared to the generic mass licensed software used for most bookies (CXTM I believe). All in house proprietary software.

If they go out of there way for that kind of transparency, I would think they would carry the same mindset onto their poker and sports betting counterparts.

I'd say A for professionalism; C+/B- for liquidity only because they are relatively new (2008) and they don't participate in affiliate marketing at all which is a shame really.

indeed. daily interest is probably the real reason to be there, not the betting itself. wish i had some bucks to spare to give it a try, but at the moment, that won´t happen
