When requesting a payout, how long should pass between the time a book owes more than a simple apology?

Ie, call and request payout Monday, at what point do should the book go beyond waiving fees, IF no expectation of a delay is set. Obviously, if their upfront different standard applied.

I'd say 3 days, some shops set a higher standard and should be commended. Rebatewager offers 500 fp if not paid in a day. Heritage has a payout guarantee too. I understand some books have issues with imbalances and it takes a day or 2 to get money to certain processors/pay methods, but after 72 hours they owe me something for the delay, espc when they charge to payout. I am late paying ****, they are penalizing me..why should books be different.
