Take my advice stay away from INTERTOPS

Just to give you a heads up. In November I made a couple of deposits and got a 100% match bonus. I lost that money. No big deal. Bonus was 160 dollars (round number)

This morning I deposited a total of 500 and got my balance up to 2400 playing multihand blackjack in their casino. I was told when trying move the money to the sportsbook I will not to be able to make a withdrawal because I have not met the rollover requirements in their casino. I need 6600 or so. Long story short, I played and rolled over 54,000 in their multi- hand black jack room that apparently did not qualify for their bonus. Their website claims the only thing that is excluded is multi hand poker. (I was later told that mulit hand poker is multi hand blackjack) How is the customer supposed to know this. Blackjack is BJ and poker is poker??

When told this I then went to play video poker and lost mostly everything I had. I was then told that did not qualify for their rollover bonus either. I can forward any emails if someone wants to see.

Their customer service was flat out terrible and they refused to transfer me to a manager when I asked because "there was no one there to talk to." I told them there were more than happy to take the bonus money that I had already lost out of my account.

I have played at almost every sportsbook and casino out there and they are most shady organization i have ever dealt with.

Intertops has the shittiest software interface i've ever seen in my life. Did they create it on geocities.com? You are right, the customer service sucks a big donkey dick.

Their rules pretty much say it all right here on this subject.

The deposit plus bonus amount must be played on Slots, Video Slots and Video Poker (excluding Multi-Hand Pokers) only in order to fulfill the wagering requirements.
Expanding on 2Pac's s/w comments above.

Intertops software has to be some of the worst if not the worst I've ever seen. Maybe it's just, but trying to read the lines and place your wagers could give you one big headache if you look too long. Hell, Showing the start times rather than the rotation numbers sure doesn't help matters at all when trying to get down some action 5 minutes before the tipoff.

My point was mostly that I played video poker in order to meet the bonus requirements and the told me i still did not qualify because it was not the right video poker.

    Sorry if that seemed vague

Those penny bonuses are not worth all the hassles.

Its pretty simple if you read the rules. Slots , video slots and single hand video poker count towards WR, all the other games dont.

So if you play BJ or multi hand VP it does not qualify towards the WR.

Agree, bonuses are an advantage for Sportsbook not the player. I personally stay away from any kind of bonus. I don't like to be told when I can withdrawal my money.

    Merry Christmas.

    I respectfully disagree sir.

Their is good money to be made in bonus whoring. IMO declining a bonus would be as dumb as not picking up money you see laying on the ground. I take the money all the time.

    .

    Hi,

I respect your comment as I do with others, but with that said, if you see money laying on the ground, you can pick it up and spend it when you please. This does NOT hold true with a bonus.

    Merry Christmas.

I always take the bonus from sportbooks but I would never take the bonus from a casino with 50 times rollover at specific games.
Why not take the bonus from sportbooks? I am betting anyway so I do not care that much about the rollover. I will finish it somehow anyway.
This happened to me many many many times. I win some, withdraw it, lose the rest and redeposit the same day. so, why just not leave it there and roll it over few times...

    I feel your pain monster.

I transfered some money from my sportsbook account to the casino account. I won a pretty good amount in the casino. I was pretty pumped up, basically won 50x the amount that I transfered!!!

I goto transfer my winnings from the casino account back to the sportsbook and the system won't let me.

I call and have to wait for the casino manager to get back to me. The next day I get an email saying that I can't transfer it because of a pending bonus I had gotten a week or two after I opened the account. We are talking over a year ago!! ( ATLEAST)

Sad part is that I had busted out atleast three times and redeposited. I never took a bonus except that one time over a year ago.
Wouldn't you think if you had busted out a few times that you wouldn't have to meet a rollover? I mean if your balance is at zero, what the f\*\*k are you rolling over?

Basically a 100 dollar bonus that I accepted some 16 months ago caused be to lose a few grand. I tried to rollover the casino winnings to get it to my sportsbook account, and of course have a massive run of shit luck.

I am sure it is in the fineprint somewhere but i think it's pretty bush league when you bust out of a joint 3 times and they are holding a rollover over your head. Agree anyone?

Needless to say I no longer will play or recommend anyone to Intertops. Much better books to play at in this day and age IMO.

Just wanted to give you a heads up on the situation

Got contacted by someone named BB from Intertops.

He solved my complaint in this matter. Was I right to accept this or should I ask for my full winnings back? (he credited my account for the $1,000.00 and my losses were 2200 or so.

Basically I was told I needed to rollover and lost doing so when I really did not have to roll over based on his email.

    Here is his response:

    Hello Steven,

I'm more then happy to come up with a solution, which will satisfy you and us.
I totally agree with you as with respect to the treatment you got from us, as in your case there were actually no bonus stipulations, because of the simple fact that you didn't get any bonus on the last 3 payments.

Please note that I did got your initial complaint through SBR, but fair enough to the CSR who did answer your query, she did send me an email after your complaint to have a further look into your query.

Please have a look in your account and let me know if you're okay with that.

    Merry Christmas
